Indoor Experts were prompt and responsive. I had a particularly challenging furnace issue. They came out multiple times without a problem and diagnosed the issue until it was resolved. Special thanks to Johnathan and Roosevelt for their diligence in addressing our issue.

They were able to come out quickly, even though we werent experiencing an emergency. The tech was efficient and communicative. They performed the repair quickly and the price was reasonable. Ill definitely use them again for any heater/air con needs.

I highly recommend Indoor Experts. Anderson and Roosevelt were professionals and delivered thorough, excellent service from scheduling my appointment to the repairs. Plus, their service charge is lower than any of their competitors. Overall, I was pleased with my experience with Indoor Experts and they will be my first choice for any future HVAC needs.

I called Indoor Experts for a second option on my broken AC. Upon their recommendation, I paid them to replace the condenser fan motor (~$700). Within a few days, while I was out of town, the AC stopped working again. I called and left a message the day I returned to town (Sunday), but had to call multiple times the next workday (Tuesday) before getting a response. They came three times that week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) but were unable to identify the problem and the AC remained not working all week. On Thursday afternoon when the tech left, he was on hold with the unit manufacturer to try to get their assistance identifying the problem. He said he would come back later that day. He never came back and never called. By midday Friday no one had come back or called, so I called and spoke to someone about the situation and they said they'd pass on the message. No one called back so later that afternoon I called again (they had no record of my first call that day) and this time was told they hadn't been able to reach the manufacturer, and that because it was now close to the end of the day on a Friday, it would have to wait till Monday when they would try harder to tech the manufacturer by staying in hold as long as needed. I asked why they couldn't have done that Friday? I pushed but they continued to say they would try again on Monday, in the meantime I've been home in Atlanta summer with no AC for a week in a row, and the tech had left the thermostat completely disassembled. I called another company that afternoon and they came on Saturday and fixed the problem (a wiring issue) for ~$400 and the AC has been up and running since.
