My daughter and I have shopped here for years, as it is where she finds the most items to her taste. Today was disappointing in terms of customer service. The three girls working didnt greet us but stood together in a pack talking about how rich some couple is. Another customer removed a pair of pants from the hanger, and the taller employee suddenly moved towards her, grabbing the hanger from the rack, asking if she removed the pants. The girl was taken aback and apologized and said she wanted to try them on. They continued to stand in a group and ignore people except to open dressing rooms. Very different than it used to be.

The workers are so sweet and helpful. The ladies working there helped me pick out an outfit and were so patient with me. I can tell they really love their job.

The employees did not even acknowledge my existence but were talking to other customers who came in before and after me. Guessing its because I dont look like a sorority girl, and they did!

The employees treated me like I was invisible when I was in front of them and needed assistance! (I was patient and I waited but they didn't bother to look at me or ask if I needed help) The store had a lot of cute things but I decided to leave everything and shop at another store.
