I contracted Crawl Space Ninja of Athens to encapsulate my crawl space just over a year ago, and I have been more than pleased with the results. Instead of a damp, dirty space with animal intrusion issues and dangling insulation, the space is much cleaner and holds a consistent temperature/humidity level. The team (including Kristen, Josie, and Michael) were easy to work with in getting through the administrative, scheduling and conduct of the work site. If you are considering an encapsulation project, they have my highest recommendation!

We became aware of a serious humidity problem in our crawl space in June 2022. We contacted Crawl Space Ninja and Jessica responded right away, completed an inspection and gave an estimate. Financing options were available and worked for our budget. Noah was the lead on removing all of the damaged insulation, encapsulation, installation of a dehumidifier and adding new crawl space doors. He was very professional and the team cleaned up after themselves. Mike was the manager and we have nothing but good things to say about the service delivery, quality of service and ongoing excellent customer service with our 6 month maintenances. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, great experience! Kristen did a great job at initial meeting/inspection. Chris and his team were efficient and mannerly. The crawlspace is neat, tidy and I feel confidence for the future of my home. Will gladly recommend.
