Its not a bad company but I waiting a long time for loading because its some problem inside the building for the product so this why I waiting long time before it loading me

Impolite unprofessional people and the place is a mess. Im getting unloaded I have 6 pallets been here for six hours and counting. I must add after finding out it was a mistake on this one mans account where I checked in once this lady mustve been a manager perhaps she was helpful and solved the problem immediately but the ( brother) at check in , terrible.

All the reviews about being here a whilethey aint lying. Got here at 1100 for a 1200 appt. Checked in and was told to park in the drop lot and that they would call at 1400. I called again at 1430 and was told maybe my load would be ready at 1830. 1830 got a dock assignment, its not 2030 and no loading yet.
