Was told 5k downpayment to help my dog. $1000 a day to admit and help my dog. Pay 8-10k to discharge the dog. Money money money. Lost my soul dog. Completely broken. Was referred here to get help and instead she was put down. I will never recover. Completely guilty that I could have just brought her elsewhere and probably could have saved her life.. please dont come here.

Extremely long wait and Extremely high prices for Extremely mediocre care. I brought an exotic pet here out of necessity, because they're the only local place who would treat him. Terrible communication, the only "vet" I ever spoke to was an intern, and I was never informed of certain procedures they did on my animal. I only learned what they did after reading my bill, where I had been charged for things I was never asked or told about. I had a 9am appointment and I left at 4pm. They didn't even start my appointment until noon. And somehow, 2 radiographs took 3 hours. Not to mention the "vet" (intern) didn't know how to handle my animal and I had to help restrain. Im fully convinced that they used my animal to "show off" to the students because he is a rare exotic animal. How else would my appointment take 8 hours. And they had to give my animal a reversal drug because for some reason, they gave him extra sedative on his 2nd visit. I was NEVER informed that he needed a reversal in the first place, and only found out when i saw it on my bill, that i was only given after paying. I also found more charges for procedures that i was never informed of. Only giving 2 stars because they did get the job done, but that was it. Nothing was noteworthy or "above and beyond" and I only went here out of necessity, and I will only come back if absolutely necessary. Unless you have no other option, don't go here.

If I could leave less than one star, I would!I have been waiting since February 2, 2024. Everytime I call the manager is in a meeting and will call me when she is finished! I never hear back from her! The people I have spoke with do not seem to know what is going on and give excuse after excuse! I have called them out on several lies they have told me! I should not have to deal with this after the loss of my pet! I just want the money that is owed to me, so I can put this behind me! I will never go back nor recommend anyone use them!

They were great with my Chloe's back operation. They took good care of her and kept us informed about her progress.

So glad we drove from Nashville, TN, on the advice from our primary Vet, Dr Christopher Ray at Hermitage Animal Clinic & the Internal Med Vet at Blue Pearl Animal Hospital in Franklin, TN, Dr Waugh. Our 8 yr old-ish German Shepherd puppy mill rescue, Lucy, has had constant incontinence since we got her 2 yrs ago. Weve chased bladder infections, tried Proin & Incurin, with no improvement. We hated the constant cleaning she would do & the Im so sorry face she showed us when she got up from her bed that had a huge wet spot. The Internal Med Team at UGA truly listened to us & didnt dismiss us due to her age, as all we wanted was to add some quality to Lucys life. Dr Z and Dr Bartges took extra time to explain all the details regarding the CT scan & cystoscopy results to help us devise a plan of action for her. They started new meds which worked beautifully & we opted not to do any surgery. She is thriving, happier, more energetic and barely any cleaning now. We even got a follow up phone call from Dr Z directly a few days after our visit. We were thrilled & truly impressed by the professionalism & guidance from Dr Ray, Dr Waugh & UGA Internal Med Team. Our very heartfelt thanks!!
