We first used Porterfield Tree Service when we had several older trees near our home which they easily removed. Recently, Matt responded quickly on a holiday weekend after a tree was uprooted uncomfortably close to our storage building during a storm. After evaluating, he assured us that it was not an immediate danger and scheduled removal on the next business day. A very responsive, professional and friendly group! Definitely recommend. We hired Porterfield about a month ago to remove a large tree, several smaller trees, and clear brush from our backyard. Matt and his team were excellent to work with and did a fantastic job. We had gotten quotes from several tree companies other than Porterfield who said that removal of the large tree was "impossible" due to the steep terrain in our backyard. Porterfield was able to cut and remove the large tree completely and they did minimal damage to the yard as well. The brush removal was fantastic as well. We now have a useable backyard! Ive hired Porterfield twice now to remove about 20 trees. Matt and his team are very knowledgeable, capable and efficient. They were very respectful of my property while doing their work and cleaned up the site very well. Plus Matt is a super nice guy so it makes working with him a pleasure.
