        Do NOT....I repeat....Do NOT go this store to get fingerprints done. If you do ...ask for someone other than Reggie. He was HORRIBLE. About as pleasant as having a tooth pulled. Gave no instructions and acted like he would rather be anywhere else!

        I visited the store during a not very busy afternoon and noticed I was the only Asian person there. I needed assistance with printing a label and handling a large box, but the staff offered no help. I was the only one who required to print the lab over the machine by myself. Obviously, the printer did not work finally! Their attitude was unwelcoming and their responses were curt. I felt this treatment was unfair and possibly discriminatory.

        Worst UPS store I have ever been to. I went in yesterday on my hour break to handle some business. I was there for 30 minutes and no one was able to help. The Young lady with the braids was giving me an attitude and the guy was just shrugging his shoulders. The girl said I could always go to another store I told her I was on break and that was not about to happen!!!! She rolls her eyes at me lol Please teach these young workers in this store about customer service. Or get rid of them I am pretty sure there are people in that area that would love to have a job!!! And will probably work with having humility!!!!
