I went with my in-laws they needed their fingerprints taken (they do not speak english) I looked on their website to see if they had any information about the process, the times or anything pertaining to the services I have never done anything of this sort and neither have my in-laws so we did not know what to do. We showed up the person that was there told us to sign in and we would be called when it was our turn. We waited for about an hour only to be told when it was our turn that we needed to complete a registration online. Not to mention the guy that was telling us this was not nice and making me feel like I was dumb for not knowing this long story short we wasted an hour just to be told they could not take their fingerprints.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Just the I dont care attitude that the employees along with the manager have is unreal. I just dont understand why someone would go out of their way to just be plain out mean. An have no care for another person. You can tell just by the way they act along with the other reviewers that they get away with it.

This place is the worst if you have to go get fingerprinting. They have no customer service skills, and the workers acted like they hate their job! Management of this place needs to discontinue this fingerprinting service if its such an inconvenience to their workers!

I was there for fingerprints .I stood in line like everyone that was there and when it was my turn no one asked me if I needed help they all ignored me. But when other people came in they stopped what they were doing and asked them may I help you I guess it was my skin color so I went upto the counter that is the only way he took my prints.before I got to the counter he was calling people to come in and get their prints if I didn't need my prints I would have walked out.
