I was a student in their Phlebotomy Tech program and WOOOOW. Dr. Allen and Nikkia were amazing. I was provided with everything I needed, got tons on hands on practice and felt super prepared for the certification exam. And theyre a great help finding work afterwards! If I needed further training, Id come back here in heartbeat.

Dr. Allen and her instructors are amazing She taught me educational tips and mental tips into being a great CNA. I highly recommend Innovative for CNA courses and I will definitely be taking other courses through her program.

Dr. Allen is a great instructor. She teaches you more than what is required for state exams so you are more prepared when you get a job and has stayed late on multiple occasions to help students study. She is also very patient and never expresses frustration, no matter how frustrating other students can be. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to do CNA or any other classes.
