I love the area I live at and from my experience so far, they've been nothing but considerate, helpful and are always there when something goes wrong. These guys are great and I'm considering staying another 6 months to a year if everything goes as planned. I'm a happy renter.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Joiner & Associates Realtors for the past three years. Gonzalo always tries to get maintenance problems handled as quickly as possible anytime there has been any issue where I live. Furthermore, I cannot say enough, good things about their main maintenance person, Josh, who is the absolute best at what he does, even if he is faced with some unforeseen issues. Hes truly a pleasure to work with, a professional, and takes pride in his work. He gets the job completed so that the tenant is extremely happy with the end result. Was interested in renting with them, but their rental policies are set up to screw over tenants. No wiggle room on their scammy lease terms. Rent with someone less circumspect and more on the up and up is my advice. Save yourself future $$$ woes.

Lived in Cedar Bluffs for over five years. They were always prompt with repair requests, even an emergency request at midnight! Very smooth transition with moving in and moving out before our lease ended. Shout out to Gonzalo who answered all of our questions quickly and professionally.
