        The incorrect order was delivered. Tried calling the store repeatedly and nobody answered. I reported the issue on the app and it gave me two options (60 points or 20% off an order). That is completely unsatisfactory considering the order that was delivered cost way less than the order I placed.

        Wow, they've stepped their game up. Got 2 pizzas and both had fully crunchy bottom and outer crust. My kids loved it and I loved it. Some of the best pizza I've had in a while. I hope they will continue this awesome change.
