Duplicating Systems Inc.

I have been doing business with this company for over fifteen years. At first I leased a printer when I was working for a non-profit and had large printing jobs. These guys worked with me and the custom card stock producers to get just the right printer and paper. After I left that position I began my own company but on a smaller scale. I bought a printer from Ken and Dave, and even though my printing needs are not as intense, they have always been here to help me. We recently got Optic Fiber cable out in the woods. Ken was able to get my Savin to see the new network remotely. But I guarantee you that if the remote operation had not worked, he would have driven out here. Look no further, this is the company you need!

Our company just did business with Duplicating Systems Inc, and could not be happier. Ty and Dean are experts at what they do and they now have a customer for life. The install for our two machines went smoothly and everyone at this company as been a pleasure to work with. Don't waste your time shopping around, these guys have it going on.

Is there a rating higher than 5 stars? Ken and his staff at Duplicating Systems are incredible and absolutely essential to keeping our law firm running for over six years and counting. Ty answers every question I have, walks me through any issues I have with learning a new machine, and has kept us at an exceptional price point for our service. The entire team is responsive and always willing to help. I highly recommend Duplicating Systems.

Great experience working with Duplicating Systems Inc. The setup was quick and easy. The printer that Ty suggested has been perfect for our office, no complaints. Technical support has been amazing too. They are very fast to help with any issues, gotten responses within 5-10 mins on multiple occasions.
