The only reason these guys get two stars is because most of the techs are nice. I work on their vehicles, so i decided to call them about scorpions in my house. The problem is i was hung up on twice. A woman answered the phone, waited for me to ask my question, and then just hung up. Multiple times. Based off this interaction i can safely say they will now be getting my business. We absolutely love Lavender pest control and recommend them to all our friends in the area. Brandi treats us like family and is always prompt and thorough. I called Lavender and asked to speak with Kevin who has helped us with our home for many years. Kevin is always so friendly and knowledgeable. We've used Derek and Lavender Pest for at least 20 years. I called him today, and in useful fashion, he was at our house within an hour or so. What blows me away is that I know he has got to have 20+ stops a day, yet we get that kind of responsiveness. He texted me to let me know he heard my problem, promptly came between visits to address it ,and this is why my family uses Lavender Pest.
