Walmart Vision & Glasses

I have been coming here for years and I will NEVER go back. There are two girls that are absolutely horrible. Everyone has a bad day, I get that but the two associates I had to deal with were absolutely the rudest people ever. I have been coming here for myself for over 10 years. Do not waste your time and come to this place.

I hate to pile on but I agree with several other clients, Stephanie is rude and unprofessional. I suggest that she attend some courses on attitude. Her behavior is bringing the ratings down. This is sad because everyone else in the practice has always bent over backwards to help me.

Stephanie is rude and she put me on hold without saying anything she would not let me speak anyone else in the store. They made my glasses which I cant use because they make me feel like Im looking in a magnifying glass she said there is nothing she can do she has a nasty attitude should not be working here at all

Unprofessional staff (Stephanie) was very rude and unprofessional I came in to get my doctor glasses but called 10 mins before arriving confirming her glasses was in and that I was on the way. I get there she tells me she cannot give me her glasses that I will have to wait til 2:15pm will not go to them again!!!!!!!!! Their old staff was waaayyyy better
