        The new store manager needs to be fired. Horrible customer service. The store manager is clearly prejudice. A customer of Latino descent came in for repair. The manager told him you dont speak any English do you. Very unacceptable. Luckily; Tommy resolved the issue. If it wasnt for the top tier customer service of Tommy; today wouldve been my last day at this establishment. Tommy has retained a customer. The store manager is of Caucasian descent. Buddy wears glasses. Buddy is snarky. Cant miss him. Beware. I will be reporting the store manager to Corporate.
