Obtained my first home mortgage through this branch of Guaranteed Rate. My loan officer, Morgan Grace assisted me through the entire process and was super responsive and personable. My underwriter, Shannon Pickett was also amazing and Helped me get everything in order. I would highly recommend using Guaranteed Rate and requesting Morgan directly.

We have spoken with several other lenders, realtors, financial advisors, etc throughout this whole home buying journey. The majority of them would pretty much just kick us to the side & not take us seriously because we are young, which is unfortunate. I have never once felt this way about Scott Coile. I know we can email or call him at anytime, any day of the week & he will answer any questions we have. I have emailed him several times asking for advice & I know it is advice we can actually count on, not advice that would just help him close another loan. He is very knowledgeable and will go above & beyond to get you qualified.
I definitely recommend Scott Coile at Guaranteed Rate!
