The food had a good taste and was cooked correctly. They did not ask what sauce I wanted and they did not put any sauce in the bag. I had to go back in and get the sauce. Also the buffalo chicken slider was on the wrong bread and the chicken was smaller than my pinky. The chicken slider was too expensive for me to only get a piece of one. They are also supposed to come in a box and they came in a wrapper so the sauce got everywhere.

I went in and used coupons and still had to pay $25.00. I was asked to donate to humane society for a free milkshake. I donated. Then I asked for a receipt. The receipt machine/printer was not working. So, I have no way of showing I donated.
When I got my food, part of the order was missing. I literally had to stand and wait over 20 minutes for the item. By then the rest of my food was cold. When I sat down I realized my order for a roast beef gyro was actually lamb. Nobodies order was correct the whole time I was there. They forgot one persons order completely. It was total chaos with no apologies whatsoever!! Bad customer service. Bad food. Wrong food. And no way to prove it without my receipt. I will not eat here again. This Arbys has been going down hill for a while!!
