Brand new joint. Workers are still learning but the moment I walked in they greeted me with a smile. Have some patience and grace. Food was delicious and the customer service outstanding

First time here. Employees were very slow and unsure of how to work the assembly line. Food was overpriced- tiny bit of kid nachos with just cheese and beans for $9! I asked if we could have my sons nacho meat on the side and they said no, that it would have to be charged separately. I would have done better to just order him a cheese dip and side of beans. Salsa had no flavor- maybe missing some ingredients? None of us liked it. It tasted like tomato paste. Portions were very small compared to competitors and price was higher. We dont plan to return. Update: I lowered my rating because I emailed the company the same day I wrote this review and have heard nothing in response. Definitely doesnt seem like they care about customers or how they are presented.

The food at Surcheros is great, but I was shocked at how rude and impatient the staff was. They seemed to be rushing everyone through the assembly line before customers could see all of the topping options. The employees responded with snide remarks and vacant glares to every question or concern that a customer had. If the staffing does not improve at this location, I will not return. It was a very unpleasant experience. I will go to the Baxter location from now on and you should to.
