Cheri did an awesome job helping me find my new home in Athens. She was extremely responsive and helped me throughout the whole process, and even after the closing with recommendations for contractors, etc. I was on a tight time frame to find a new home, and she spent 8+ hours over a holiday week (Thanksgiving) showing me 12+ homes! I would highly recommend working with Cheri.

Cheri went above and beyond to help us sell the house at the end of summer when sales are usually slow. She communicated with buyers agents and gave us feedback on every showing to keep us in the loop on what potential buyers thought about the property. She gave us valuable advice on what to address in the house before putting it on the market. On top of that she is such a positive personality, always a pleasure to be around. It is our second time working with Cheri, and not the last one, thats for sure. Top notch professional we strongly recommend!
