We worked with Blake Hartis to buy a condo in Athens. He was superb from beginning to end. He showed us several fantastic properties, but we weren't 100% sure and ended our search. However Blake communicated with us almost weekly after that showing us other properties that came on the market. Ultimately he found the perfect space for our family. If he hadn't continued to search for the right fit, we may have given up on finding this wonderful space. Throughout the process, he was always very responsive by email and text. Buying a home can be complex with a lot of logistics and paperwork. But Blake made it simple for us by explaining each step clearly. After we closed on the property, Blake still went above and beyond to help us. He even searched Athens shops to help us find the perfect artwork for our new space!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Blake Hartis Really went above any expectations we could have had! We were all over the board about what type of property/home we wanted yet he continued to send me suggestions until we got the right one. Then during the inspection process he lined up everything we needed to have done! If he ever got frustrated with us he certainly didn't let on! IT WAS CERTAINLY A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH BLAKE! Thank you!!!

Blake Hartis at the Woodall Realty group worked harder for my partner and me than is reasonable for one person to do. We owe Blake tremendous gratitude, and words are not enough. To say I am giving Blake a rave review is an understatement. Blake helped with the entire process as we relocated to Athens to be a part of the University of Georgia community. Blake helped us get all of our renovations in order and even did a better job than a general contractor. I really can't recommend Blake and Woodall enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Blake Hartis for the purchase of my beautiful home. To say that Blake is patient is an understatement. Due to personal circumstances it took an entire year for me to finally buy a home. Blake could easily have written me off as a flake but continued to show me homes until finally the perfect one popped up and I was able to make the purchase. Blake went way beyond what a typical realtor would manage and assist with and provided invaluable advice, was extremely responsive and never made me feel under pressure. He is 100% genuine and honest as well as totally dedicated to his work. Lastly Blake provided a top notch mortgage company to work with that whizzed me through closing in 3 weeks. I cannot recommend him enough.
