Bryan uses a unique team approach that utilizes each members strengths. Bryan is the coach/quarterback and stays on top of market trends, home values etc. Trace is the buyers representative and was truly attentive to our wants and gave us daily updates on available properties. Kristen works behind the scenes taking care of the all important paperwork, contracts, as well as assisting with staging etc. Weve used Bryans team to buy & sell twice now and theyve gotten us top dollar on both sales. Anybody can stick a sign in your yard, but Bryan & his team are true professionals and we highly recommend.
