This place is nothing but a scam!! We assumed it would just be expensive, which was fine as we didn't have other options at the time, but it turned out that every dime spent was flushed down the toilet, as they did nothing.

I want to thank the staff on duty January 15. They took great care of me after suffering a fall, & lacerations to my face. I had no wallet or cash on me and they treated me at no cost.Thanks again to a great staff. A big 5-Star rating to you all!Chris WAtlanta

Absolutely scamming students. My 18 year old son was changed $285.00 for a flu and Covid test. He is sick and didn't know any better. Covid testing is generally free with symptoms. We have medical insurance. He took money from his saving to pay. Do not do business with them.

What urgent care doesn't take insurance?? Additionally, if you tell someone that there total is going to be $165 please do not be snarky and rude when they are surprised at their grand total of $239. The man at the front desk very clearly does not enjoy his job and for a place where people who already aren't feeling well are going, made me feel about 10 times worse. However, the medical assistant and nurse practitioner were very kind and helpful.

ILLEGAL PRACTICES!!  I took my daughter here for a possibly broken hand.  I drove from Buford to Athens because we had tried all day to get an appointment everywhere.  They had an appointment at 5:00 and I told him exactly why we were coming there.  We got there at 5:00.  We were immediately taken into a room.  The front desk guy said that the x-ray tech wasn't there and he would have to call him.  He did and said it would be at least an hour and a half for him to come in.  He asked my daughter if she could move her wrist and fingers.  She told him she could.  He said well then it isn't broken.  He said he would save his money and not get an x-ray and would go home and ice it.  We left and my daughter went somewhere else on Monday.  Her hand was broken in two places!!!!  First of all, I think it was illegal for the front desk guy to give medical advice and if she would have listened to him, she could have really done some further damage to her hand.
