After proscapes of Greer, SC aligned 4 sprinkler nozzles to water for peoples backyards, a small patch of common area, and the road. I was not happy. The irrigation system is for common areas only in this development. It makes me wonder how many other
sprinkler heads in this development are out of alignment. They are also paid for work all year long, even when they do not work during the winter when the grass is dormant . Fees for this company are outrageous. If you wonder why some of your grass is dying and trees are dying its because they have turned off the levers in the ground floor for The sprinkler system. Oh yes, this means they dont have to mow as much.

Every project Proscapes did needed multiple corrections with some projects never being made right. After thousands of dollars in new sod laid by Proscapes, their maintenance crews scalped and damaged the new sod repeatedly and a month after I discontinued service with Proscapes, Im still rehabilitating the sod. They even scalped my neighbors yard and those areas are still not recovered. Some sod pieces were dead and I am replacing them now. Rick is a real nice guy but results didnt match promises.
