I used Royal Landscaping to redesign my front and back yard. They turned a very ordinary front yard into a unique sanctuary for birds and the back into a visually relaxing oasis. They came out to our house and had all sorts of great ideas. They said they would send an email with a quote in about a week. Never heard anything. After a month, I called to make sure they had my correct email address, which they did. The lady that verified the email said she'd let them know I had called. Still nothing. Here we are 2 months later and still nothing. I guess they don't really want the business.
