        With the intent of changing mobile providers from Spectrum to T-Mobile, I visited the Athens Epps Bridge T-Mobile store. Nick, the associate who helped me provided the highest level of customer service I have experienced in a long time. He was knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. I'm not sure exactly how much time that he spent with me, but he went above and beyond in helping me and answered every question I had. He easily solved the issue of keeping my current phone number and, as I was eligible for an upgrade, he researched and explained the best options for a new phone and plan that would fit my needs, including affordability. Oh, and I have to add that he was extremely patient with me and all my questions. Quality customer service has always been important to me, and at 72, I've come to appreciate it even more.         Don't waste your time going to any of the other T-Mobile locations in town. The one on Epps Bridge has consistently provided the best service with most knowledgeable staff. Marvin in particular goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. This is all in addition to T-Mobile having the best coverage and the lowest prices. Highly, highly recommended.
