Thank you is not enough to say how much stress Sarah helped take off my plate! Please know that more personnel such as Sarah are needed in this “insurance worldâ€! Sarah’s word is BOND and she does exactly what she tells you she will do and then goes above and beyond. Peyton Pettus has a winning team for his agency.

I was initially very happy with the sales calls and rates available for the amount of coverage and am still happy overall with the product to my knowledge. A lot of personal attention was provided up until I agreed to switch policies, which is I don't write reviews just based on the sales portion. Since agreeing to switch my policies, it has been difficult to get information on anything. I initially didn't receive policies and had to request them .I couldn't figure out how to get auto payments set up for auto insurance online and was told I had to wait a while for the online account to be completed and that someone from the office would call to onboard me, which they never did...unless they failed to leave a message. I was initially told the drivers defense course was about 30 minutes and went to take it was told an average of 2.5 hours and had to wait...ended up forgetting to take its and didn't get any kind of reminder until I got an increased bill notice. Then went to take it (longer than 2.5 hours) and was told they had sent reminders twice to me, which they didn't, then was told the discount was effective on the date I sent them the certificate... so it seems I now pay the higher rate for the first 2 months apparently? I felt like he was bothered so didn't want to ask more questions and just let it go. Initially I wasn't even told how to go about taking the course so I had to e-mail to ask about it and then was never given a deadline to do so. I'm also not real clear why State Farm wants the people in the household with clean driving records to go through this course versus the ones with incidents? Then the mortgage insurance...I received a text message around 2:30 on a Friday from Michael that my mortgage insurance hadn't been paid and it could be cancelled. I've never had a home insurance policy not get paid timely and guess I would have thought they would follow up with my mortgage company first. I immediately called my mortgage company and texted Michael back 30 minutes later asking about the final cancellation date to see if they needed to issue an emergency payment and got no response unit the next week. You can't seem to contact just a main State Farm customer service line since the website refers you to the agent. I don't like to complain and I don't like to have to constantly follow up on things that could be avoided with better communication since I have a lot going on. I have just been very frustrated with communication and it seems things could have been much smoother. The only communication I have received is whatever I have asked for by e-mail (sometimes twice), one short welcome e-mail from the office advising that I would have an important onboarding call within 30 days, which never happened, and the policies in the mail. I am still unsure of what my auto insurance rate will be now since I didn't take the driver's course on time and I'm not sure if it was worth moving to State Farm or if I should consider changing again, which is a pain and will cause issues with escrow. Just overall frustrated and made to feel like a complainer, when I just need to know in advance what's going on with my finances.
