        The factor to determine a good insurance, to me, is the cost of the premium, professionalism, and friendliness of the agent. The premium cost is competitive rate with some of the big Insurance companies, but what I love about Mr. Carl's insurance agency is how he shows his care about the client as a person, NOT just a number. Mr. Carl will explain the cost, in detail, and what you are entitled to. He will also, when submitting a claim, the best advice on how to proceed with it. Choosing the Insurance "company" is important, but more importantly, it is also the "agent" that makes a huge difference.

        How does one know they have a fantastic insurance agent? When you file a claim and get superb help from your agent during the process. Carl intervened on a few occasions and acted as a conduit between me, the customer, and the adjusters to iron out some issues. His help is invaluable!
