Big shout out to Cole Hixon team off Prince AVE. Every time I walk in the office, I am greeted by one of their staff members. Susan answers any of my questions and is ready to help. I know a lot of agents in the state of Georgia. This team is different when it comes caring about their clients. Another great thing about the team is their years of experience. You cannot beat years of experience! The Prince AVE team will talk to you and NOT put you on hold. They will find the help you need. Both their offices are top notch! I worked with Doug thru a series of texts, emails, and calls. He was able to find me a car insurance policy that saved me over $400 every 6 months! I couldn't be happier. As i keep my credit reports frozen, he was also able to work around that as well. Also got renter's insurance!

New customer/client to Cole Hixon Insurance, Prince Ave location. From the start, the experience with the agent was professional, informative, and an overall good experience. I didn't feel pressured to use Cole Hixon after receiving my auto and home policy quotes from them and was even offered time to shop around. In the end, Cole Hixon found the lowest rates when comparing apples to apples with all other auto and home policy providers. And I didn't feel pressured in any way. Setting up the policy was pretty quick and signatures were all done virtually. It was a great experience.
