a•bridge: Aging Life Care Management

A-Bridge came highly recommended when our family was looking for a care manager to help our aging parents successfully transition from living in their home of 35 years, into a facility for their varying levels of support. My siblings and I are satisfied with and grateful for their professionalism, expertise, healthcare recommendations, and medical connections in the area. Living in a different state than our parents, without A-Bridge, we would have felt ill-equipped to give them the proper instructions, arrangements, advice, and importantly, comfort through personal visits to align with their changing needs.

Abbie has been helping our family for the past 3 months. I was always appreciative of the phone and email contacts and had a good feeling about her process including her follow up. But yesterday I actually observed her working directly with my relative and was thoroughly impressed with the hands on work she did. She was always professional and in the short time she has been working with my relative she has gained a lot of trust and respect from her patient/client and it showed. I cannot say enough good things about Abbie and a-bridge! I had no idea what I was doing and she was there through the whole transition for my mother to memory care, always kind and concerned and taking care of the details. Always one step ahead of any problems or issues!!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Abbie was extremely professional and caring in helping us evaluate our options for memory care in Athens as well as deciding when it was most appropriate to make the move. This relieved my stress and helped me deal with my mixed feelings about what would be best for my loved one and myself as the caregiver.
