Post surgery from a broken hip, United Healthcare's in home therapy assigned Therapist Mrs. Julie to guide me through the therapy portion of my recovery. I was amazed at not only the exercises she assigned, but what may be considered the "little things" that I had not been previously shown: such as which foot to lead off with in negotiating steps and other such daily maneuvers. Not only am I enjoying what I consider a speedy recovery, but many of the exercise techniques I quickly saw will be profitable in my normal workouts. And, if some of my exercise habits were not profitable she was able to point those out while showing why and illuminating with a better, more productive way. It was most refreshing to learn that the excellent care I received from the staff while in United Healthcare - Athens Regional Hospital was also extended to their therapy program!

The nurse that asked why my mom called her , instead of asking her daughter in law to come help her because it was late at night and she didnt feel like putting clothes on is completely trash and unprofessional and I hope that no parent of hers ever requires the help of anyone else. I have other concerns, such as initially took a week for her to get home health which lead to another week long hospitalization. But either way, 1 star because thus far thats all thats deserving.

If I could give zero stars I would. The nurses with Piedmont Home Healthcare need to be required to work in the hospital. They are liars and do a lousy job in patient care.

The RN, Physical Therapist & CNA have been Great.. very understanding, compassionate and helpful .. Also Have given much needed advice on senior aging services that have been extremely helpful.. Thank You So Much Carmen, Sheree, Lorrie, Jane, Priscilla, Mattie, Neffie.. all 5 stars!!
