I am pretty pleased with The Trusted Toolboxes services. Brian was an amazing employee throughout the process. He remained very communicative and quick to reach throughout the time of service. He was very helpful in getting what I needed done. After the first day of the service, I noticed some issues in one the of the repairs I had asked for. But Brian was very quick to respond and got it straightened out within a few days with no added charges. As a business owner of 25 yrs, I am equipped to deal w difficult clienst but I wasn't expecting to have to be so patient with such a rude company. I called to discuss removing a broken PTAC unit in a workshop (and easily replacing with a new one being delivered) along with a damaged exterior door in same workshop, the woman gave me all sorts of grief. She was LOUD, INTERRUPTED constantly, RUDE, DISMISSIVE. She didn't understand what a Ptac was. I quickly explained and she kept shouting "LOOK! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE WANTING! YOU NEED TO CALL A QUALIFIED HVAC PERSON!!!!! and on and on. I had already told her that it was a floor unit that plugs in. It was an easy swap out but due to its weight of 142lbs, I needed to pay someone to come and do it. And a door replacement. Eventually, during one of her tirades, I hung up and blocked both numbers she had called from. There are so many wonderful companies out there to work with, there's no need to work with this one.
