        I went to the Great Clips on Epps bridge to get an easy quick haircut (only cutting off an inch nothing fancy) I showed the stylist a photo example of the length I wanted and physically showed her. I am not sure what she thought she was doing. My hair looked awful, it was tiered. My hair was sitting at three different lengths. She cut the top layer of my hair so short and left the underneath layers long. I went back to the store after calling because they said they would issue a refund. I spoke to the manager, she was fine to deal with. However, the woman who did my hair sat there, looked me straight in the eyes and ignored me - did not even apologize. Sloppy work and sorry service.
