Really great place. The jams and preserves are awesome, really stellar combinations of flavors and well-made. Its a great place for gifts and if you are looking to up your cocktail game, this is the place, with housemade bitters, shrubs, and cocktail syrups. Its local, organic, and unique. Truly worth the short trip to Winterville!

Need a last minute host/hostess gift ?? Stop by the Winterville shop Tues-Fri 10-5:30 for the most perfect gourmet treats. You wont be sorry! I have tried almost every shrub, jam, and pickle from Piedmont Provisions and they are TOP NOTCH YALL!!! Not to mention the kimchi is so incredible that after I gave some to a colleague at work (who had never had kimchi before!) they asked for more the next day and became diehard kimchi fanatics Personal favorites: kimchi, strawbanero shrub, chipotle habanero peach hot sauce, rosemary habanero pepper jelly, fig preserves Ok ok yes I just cant get enough of this delicious goodness So get you some!!!

I just went to get some hot sauce and jalapeos for my dads birthday, and they ladies were so unbelievably nice! Ive gotten some of the preserves in the past too and we love them. Definitely a great small business to support. Check them out!
