My husband bought a gift card for me for Christmas. I went in when they were closing their store front and having a 40% off sale. Was told that I couldnt use my gift card and I would need to email customer service and my giftcard would be applied to my app. When I emailed the owner he informed me that my gift card had already been redeemed at the Athens location. Although he never told me when it was supposedly used. My gift card stayed in my wallet with the exception of having to take it out to take a picture of it to email to the store. I was told that there was nothing he could do and he had to go by what his computer said. So now Im out money and have to cut my losses. Its a shame because I use to enjoy shopping at this store and from the app. I would never miss a live sale on Facebook or the app. I refuse to spend anymore money with this business. I work too hard for my money to just give it away. I have a friend at church who said she is being told the exact same thing about her gift card as well. Word of advice: do NOT buy a gift card from this business unless you want to throw your money away!
