Cosmic Delivery

Never delivers food at a reasonable time.

My food has been cold the last couple times I've ordered from them! This time my order was leaving a location 5 minutes away from my home and 32 mins later no show and they won't answer phone. I will never use them again!

I placed an order through cosmic delivery and they called very quickly to say they were running short on deliverers and it would be over an hour. I asked to cancel my order and they said no problem. I then proceeded to figure out another delivery alternative. For some reason they couldnt cancel the order with the restaurant and told me An hour later it was on its way and they were charging me. This isnt the first time something has gone wrong with them. Dont use cosmic. Its inefficient and youll end up getting charged for food that never makes it to you or arrives super late

I was delivered a wrong item that was less 1/2 price of what I ordered. Cosmic didnt believe me & said they couldnt vary with the merchant until the next day, because the store was closed. However, that wasnt the truth because the store didnt close for over an hour. So, Cosmic promised to get back up with me the following day to resolve my missing item once theyd made contact with the store. Still nobody bothered to even contact me after I waited & they just stole my money. It wasnt that big of a deal until they treated me this way on top of it. So, Im obviously disputing them overcharging me.
