Isabel screamed at me and made me cry- I have never been treated so rudely before. I had a top I brought in to get altered, and we agreed for it to be ready by that Friday- yet it wasn't ready until the next Friday. I paid 75 DOLLARS which is crazy for a top. Once I did wear it, the straps where she altered it broke after one wear. I brought it back to her, asking her to fix it because it only broke where she altered it. She screamed at me saying I was doubting her profession and that I was an ungrateful sorority girl and person in general. I obviously bust out crying because it was overwhelming how rude she was by yelling at me and calling me ungrateful when I had already paid so much money, only for it to break where she altered it- and got it late. She ended up "fixing it" and charged me 15 dollars more even after making me cry. So unprofessional and rude. Don't go here

Isabel is truly the best! I had an emergency with three bridesmaid dresses. The wedding was two days away and after receiving my dresses late, I was beyond stressed! Two were too long and needed to be cut and my dress was sent to me 2 dress sizes too big. I was in desperate need of help. Isabel did not hesitate to help me. She was very communicative with me throughout the process. When I picked up the dresses it was as if they had not been altered. They were perfect! My dress specifically fit as if it was made for me, and no one believed that it used to be 2 dress sizes too big. She knows what she is doing, I knew I had found the right person for the job when I saw how she pinned the dresses on us for the perfect. Im glad that I found her, and I will not go anywhere else. She truly saved me for my sisters wedding. Im beyond thankful to her and recommend her!
