This is probably the worst ran franchise I've ever seen. These people clearly have no interest in progressing in life and the district manager and or other area managers should be fired. This has been this way literally for years and seemingly this is okay for KFC's standards. Let me be clear. I rarely leave reviews but this is outrageous. How poorly ran this franchise is. New management is definitely needed.

Wow, okay, first of all - it's fast food, I get it. The food is gonna be greasy and you aren't there for customer service, you're there for a greasy piece of chicken. So keep that in mind when I say even for fast food standards, this place is horrible. Like, 'would easily be shut down TODAY if a health inspector so much as glanced in there,' kind of horrible. I was in the dining room where 3 unattended kids were roaming around; occasionally jokingly punching at my leg and threatening to hurt me for not looking at them. Not their fault, they're kids - their parents though, wonder where they are. Service was non-existent. Food took 15 minutes when i ordered a chalupa and fries. The counter that's supposed to be for sanitary food was covered in random pre-packaged desserts I'm not entirely sure the origin of. This place inside is the land that time forgot. It's a mess. Trash everywhere, the works. Half the kitchen looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 2015 at the earliest. Not only am I never going inside again, I'm skipping the drive thru all together. And I'm writing this review! I never do that. I rarely ever care about a place looking 'presentable,' but this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. And again, this is bad by fast food standards. Like the Sonic nearby would get 5 stars from me. Don't go here.
