I had a very pleasant experience at this location with a sales associate whose name is Brooke. She was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable about a product that I was searching for. I was in the store for about 15-20 minutes,( because I could not decide on the brand that I want to purchase) during that duration as customers enter the store, she acknowledge their presence and assisted as needed. as needed, which I personally appreciate

Nat was so friendly and amazing. She offered so much help and deserves to be in charge!! Ive had a lot of bad customer service lately and she was a ray of sunshine!! Helped a lot with color options.

Everyone was super helpful After the pandemic, customer service has gone down a lot for a bunch of companies but not here !

Iv been shopping here for a few years now, and over the past month or so I have seen a huge change in the store. I have received great customer service from Liza who I believe is the new store manager. She had the biggest smile and was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products that I needed. The store seems a lot cleaner and there in stock conditions are a lot better. I definitely recommend shopping here for a great shopping experience. Thank you Sallys for helping turn around our local store.
