Im just gonna give it 2 stars. All I needed to do is change my name. And Ive had to come here three different time. The first time someone told me the wrong information over the phone. That was a waste of time coming. The next time whoever that lady thats over that department wasnt there. Come back again its the same thing. Customer service is horrible unless its the nice lady in the window. Something that want take but 5 minutes to do is taking me a year to get done. Im going to the bank on 29. Try my luck over there.

Worst bank ever! Or maybe it's just this branch! If it wasn't so difficult to move money and accounts we would have been gone. Never been treated the way I was here!

Worst bank in Athens,GA Run by Paula Martin unprofessional no kind of work ethics lack of customer service she just plain old racist!!!!
