Arch and Vine

This place was awful to live in. First make sure you leave a paper trail because they will use that against you. I put in a maintenance request every week for pest control and asked for a weekly pest control service that they never put in. Management response was, well you didnt email us. Also, as I was moving out because I couldnt take the bugs and maintenance issues anymore. I noticed mold behind my washer and dryer and bookshelf. It was awful and since I forgot to give them a two month notice that I wasnt renewing my lease, I still had to pay a full month. Even with the black looking mold on the wall that might have come from leaks on the wall and ceiling. They are not nice to their residents after you move in. When moving in they forgot I was moving in and asked if I could wait a day. I said no, and had to wait for them to show up. If you move here make sure everything is on email.

I recently moved in to Arch and Vine and have had a wonderful experience. The management went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful apartment on short notice and have been nothing but helpful since. Maintenance works very hard to keep the units working well and to respond in a timely fashion.

I would strongly suggest to anyone look around and take your time before renting at Arch and Vine. The office staff is unprofessional and more concerned with feeding themselves all day, napping when they can ,playing on thier phones.Maintenance Supervisor wasMaintenance Supervisor was hiredMaintenance Supervisor was hired hastilyMaintenance Supervisor was hired hastily outMaintenance Supervisor was hired hastily out of desperation yet was red flagged for previous issues tampering with mail and stalking residents and taking photos inside of residents homes . He is also know to make racist and derogatory comments about femaled... Nice community, but dont be fooled , it's got issued with windows plumbing and some roach infestations still deep in the shell of the upgrades.

I almost leased here. I am glad I didn't. The management staff, Shelley Jackson, was very dishonest, rude, and unprofessional. Left a horrible taste in our mouth. Would never consider leasing this place again.

Moved in January from Baltimore and couldn't be happier living here. The gym and pool are a huge plus. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Tammy (one of the leasing agents) in particular has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.
