I was told when I checked my can in that they will not do repairs until they call with an estimate. That is NOT true! After my car was fixed, they called to convince me that I also needed a brake job. I didn't. (pads and rotors had less than 10,000 miles on em). I insisted they not do a brake job after they told me they had already taken off the old pads and rotors. I told them to put everything back together but got a call later that they had replaced pads and installed new rotors but would not charge me. Well, I just paid for $262 worth of part that I didn't need. It is my 17 year old sons car and he cried when I told him the price. Of course I split it with him to try to make it a little better.

NO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU PURCHASE A VEICHLE. The stars are for Dawn Purchased a vechile here. Our sales person Dawn was awesome. The engine light came on so stopped hoping they could put on the computer , knew they would have to schedule appointment. But at least would know if ok to drive until. The answer was NO. Only take 10-15 minutes. NO do not have time maybe get you in next week. Really you sell a car bu t not willing t o help after .

They had previously worked on the ac in my wifes car not even a year ago. Bill was around $1200. Which is understandable. Well her ac went out again so I told her to take it back. I called and set the appointment and told them what was wrong. She dropped the car off around 9/10am. I spoke to a woman who seem to care less and wasnt not pleasant to talk to to say the least. Didnt hear anything back from them so I called around 4:30 to see what the issue was. All it was needing was the belt. They informed me the part didnt arrive yet. I called auto zone which is less than 5 miles away and they had one ready. Like you cant swing by and pick up a part when you take lunch??? So I told the lady we didnt live in Americus and my wife would need the car to get back home as her and the kids were sitting at her grandmothers. She said Ok Well tell her to come pick it up in thirty mins. And if you dont hear from us by Wednesday then call us back to see if we have the part. Then hung up before I could anything. It only got worse when my wife arrived to pick her car up. She walked in and the lady behind the counter just held out her keysdangling and didnt say a word. Not a sry we didnt have the part or thank you for dropping it offanything!! Then this afternoon when I got home I noticed something swinging from the bottom of her car. As shown in the pictures. I will be making a trip up there in the morning to get to the bottom of this piss poor all around place. Would not recommend to my worse enemy!!!

I asked for a tune up and an oil change then got a call later stating the computer tested I also needed an 02 sensor which I agreed for them to go ahead and put it on not knowing I was charged for the computer test I didn't ask for my bill was already over 500 dollars then and now looking at my bill I can't understand why the labor was 400.00 and the parts 187.00 this is too outstanding. I really needed my daughter car fixed but didn't know it would be take this much to do it. I think I should be reimbursed for the computer testing cause it seems like something to make my bill much higher and I thought the filter was also included in the with the tune up which was also later called and added to the bill. Next time I will ask the price before I get any work done. Needing to find a mechanic who won't tear my head off.

Truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dawn and her team are wonderful people. No hassle or pressure and answered all our questions. We purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali for an excellent price. We had 2 pre-approvals for financing before we started car shopping and we shared that with Dawn. She told us she was sure her lender could get us a better rate and she was right . I got off work late and Dawn stayed late to make sure we got the deal done. Her personality is infectious!
