The sales tech that came out to give an estimate was super friendly. The person in the office has wonderful people skills. We chose to use this company to do the floors. I will repost when they get the order in, and come out to install it

I spoke with Jay and he was as nice and accommodating as could be. He came by the house a week or so after we spoke. He said he would email me a quote. I waited a week and called. He said he had been busy and i understood. He said he would get it to me that evening. Never got it. I called the next day, he apologized and said it would be coming that day. It never did. I was disappointed to say the least. After all of the good reviews, i was looking forward to getting the project completed by him. To this day, a month later i still haven't received anything. All he had to do was tell me he was too busy and i wouldn't have waited a month to look for another company.
