Lexington Place Apartments

Greedy owners and Price gouging! Price goes up +$50 each year but no improvements are being made to these apartments. And when you put in a request for maintenance to fix , replace or repair something it either doesn't happen or it takes too long. Their apartments are OLDDD. It's very overrated. Also noisy neighbors, and when you make complaints nothing happens. yard men comes too early to cut grass waking you up out of sleep. They treat their properties like you're living in Atlanta and this is a small town. For a 1bedroom it is 775 going to be $825, 2024 and will continue to increase. please refrain from moving here.

I live an hour away, and have been driving here for almost 3 years. I'm tired of the drive. Over 3 weeks ago, I called 2 weeks straight, and have left detailed messages about 2 of their locations, and because they had vacancies. As of today, no one has returned my call. This is very bad for business.
