So I have been going here for about 6 months, made referrals and posted highly. In the middle of my contract they tried to charge me an additional &2,000. Even after speaking to Michelle who never follows up on what she says she will do. I guess my skin color isnt the right color to receive the customer service I deserve. She charged my account $500 without my approval and never paid my referral fees as promised. This place has been a big disappointment Basically, they cater to the white community and blacks arent valued here! Keep the referral fees, cancel my contract!!! Me and my brown skin and green money will go where we are valued!!! Thanks for showing your true colors! I am very disappointed!

Speak truth and peace I believe you and yes Lance is great and thank you Lance. I went to this place a month ago they advertised this is from a pharmacy a Compounded pharmacy but fo mot tell you with what I asked several questions was it compounded with salt or other ingredients I nammed Michelle answered no we have a right to know what's going in our bodies. I found out from the FDA and the real makers of ozempic they don't advise nor or compounded semaglutide FDA advise or approved also When I went to this place I left a credit balance of a $105. At first I was going to let them mail me the stuff and then she said that they send you a vial and needles. That couldn't be safe. So I thought I decided I didn't want to go back to this place and I wanted a refund. She sent me a plane. Text stating she does not do refunds and try to charge me a cancelation fee. Anyway, once I told her I was going to report her to the better business and on social media sites. She in turn reply that I was threatening her. Thank God that I saved the text messages. Because there's nothing in there that was ever threatening. The only threatening is that she's contaminating people's lives and bodies by lying and not telling lies about what she's giving them to go into their bodies and so if reporting you to the BBB and the FDA and on social media is a threat. Then you are threatening me and my health and others I already see 2 FDA reports on this spa. You're not gonna get your money back. Because she specifically said in a text message that she does she does not do refunds. So obviously she was lying for this review as she lied to people about what's going into their bodies.TO EACH IT'S OWN BUT BE CAREFUL AND INVESTIGATE WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR BODIES Yes she offered me a extra $50 off if I showed up to my appointment today. I will be putting up the whole text conversation on social media. You know when they are caught in there mess the first thing they holler is Threatening. Thank God for facts and Texts messages. First off the true makers of this medicine Novo Nordisk,does not sale to compounding pharmacies And yes, the FDA has allowed compounding medication because of the high demand of this medicine.but that does not mean to take advantage and put harmful ingredients or a weak version to keep customers paying. And as far as my $105 dollar credit thats you refuse to return You mentioned something about a cancelation fee. First of all, I have been calling you 2 weeks prior to me Canceling out you never return my call back. Left several messages you stated in the conversation You were busy having meetings, Thank God I did not use those last 2 vials. And I'm going to have them sent off to a laboratory to see exactly what I was putting in my body. As I stated before to each its own but I need to know truthfully. What's going into my body. And please return my money, speak the truth. I do understand what you're saying because she will say. She's gonna return something. But I specifically have text messages where she says she does not give refunds back. And you don't need to apologize that I'm sending a negative review. I'm sending a negative review because its the truth. These are not lies. Have a great day.

I need a refund I have not felt the difference with the .75, there is no difference I have not lost anything after 7 weeks, I feel the same As I injected water and not medication, Please contact me I need my money back, I need to go to another certified clinic to get the correct medication. And I never received the welcome kit as promised, please and please give me my money back.

The ladies in this office are the epitome of southern hospitality!~ Very warm and inviting personalities. They explain EVERYTHING to you in depth, take their time- they don't rush you. I recommend anyone looking to lose weight to make an appointment. And YES they are very affordable!~

From December to March (4 months), NOT 1lb lost. Like the other reviewer, I DO believe they do NOT give you the actual active ingredient of semaglutide. They also WILL NOT give a refund no matter what lie or false advertisement they post. Update 3/29: Even though the "owner" posted on this public platform that I could call and receive a full refund, that did not happen. When I called, Lance was "confused" that the "owner" posted that I could have a full refund. He said he could not authorize it. I asked for the "owner" to call and weeks later, still no call. I also emailed Michelle and weeks later, no response. In addition to false advertisement and using a less active ingredient, the "owner" makes false public statements. Original Review: Just FYI, the company offers $25 off for five star reviews which makes you question the reviews. I will say that the staff is infact very nice and Lance is very helpful. Five months and 0 lbs lost. My negative review is based on false advertising and questionable mix of the medicine. The initial fee is not $195 as advertised because you pay a $75 consult fee (in addition). The consult amount is not deducted from the first month (as advertised in the office and online). Personally, I think they keep you on low dosage to slowly increase the amount you pay while slowly increasing the dose. Because of this, you will likely NOT lose weight until 4-6 months into the program. Unfortunately, by that time you will be paying $375 OR MORE which is not the advertised monthly cost. ***TO CLARIFY, other weight loss places offer more effective semaglutide dosages (compounded as well) at a lower cost. Check around before coming here.
