Best of the Best. Mr. Mack customer service is on another level. I wish I could give him 10 stars because 5 stars doesn't do him justice. He was on time, explained with clarity and in detail how he was going to remove everything from my house. My only regret, was not having more work for him because his attention to detail and his tonality was just that impressive. His team also consisted of amazing men and women. Bruce and his team went above and beyond to provide a professional, courteous and kind customer service experience! I had a hard time finding someone for same day pickup for my queen mattress and box spring. Goodwill doesnt take those anymore and you cant put it in the dumpster. So what to do??!! Thankfully I was referred to DMack by someone in the business office of my apartment community. Bruce contacted me the same day I called and came out himself with another worker to pick up our set. When they arrived Bruce greeted me with a smile, introduced himself and his worker to me and they were fast and friendly. I was highly impressed and grateful to find people who care. Bruce mentioned that they go all over town. So, I will definitely be using this company again even though Im moving to another part of the Metro Atlanta area (an hour away). I saved his card and put his info in my phone. I do NOT want to lose THIS number! I absolutely recommend Bruce!!! Service: Furniture removal
