        I called and needed assistance and they was there in 45 minutes ready to work and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Good work guys! Its a little expensive but worth it!

      You were well aware of all costs before we towed your car and repaired it at our shop. After completion of your vehicle you received a lower price than quoted. Even though we did everything you asked of us (charged you less and kept in contact with you) throughout the entire process, you threatened to not pay due to a different problem that vehicle had (before we had it). I understand you thought that changing the alternator would resolve your issue but it didn’t and that wasn’t our fault! We uninstalled your old part and installed your new one as requested. We have huge hearts here at OMW Roadside Assistance but what we don’t have time for is people who try to get over!
