This place is great! Starting with Jody and Aimee at the front desk, they are always so nice and helpful with the appointment scheduling. Tara, the case manager, was very good explaining about the treatment. Jessica is very sweet, knowledgeable and her injections were painless. Arsenio and Chris do an amazing job with the physical therapy and are very fun guys. I highly recommend Atlanta innovative Medicine!

I had two visits to this center for my son. Dr. Malik is a great doctor, but I never can tell because I didn't meet him at all, even though I ensured I would see him while booking my appointment. In the first session, you don't get any diagnoses or results, and you have to schedule another appointment to come back and get your treatment plan; in both cases, without seeing the doctor, it's like they don't care about your pain and time. They charged me $170, in addition to what my insurance covered right away (for an X-ray and not seeing the doctor). Even at the end, when I asked for a copy of my son's X-ray, they requested $20 more. I am very disappointed. My son is an athlete, and it happens to him that he is injured; in all other places that we have visited, we met with the doctor directly; the doctor examined my son, and we could talk about his situation, questions, and concerns. Here, some random people did some stuff on my son and shared a treatment plan concentrating on the cost. This place is like a business center, focusing on making money rather than providing quality patient service. If you want to go to a cute location that sees you as a business opportunity rather than a patient, avoid seeing a doctor, and waste your time and money, this is your dream. However, if you are a concerned patient who wants to see an actual medic, talk to them and get their opinion; try more credible places like Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. They will reply and justify my experience with some cliche; the only way to find the truth is to go there and have first-hand experience. The question is, would you like to take that risk?

I cannot possibly say enough about my positive experience with Jessica Casper, APRN at Atlanta Innovative Medicine. She is incredibly competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jessicas care of my multiple issues has blown me away. She listens to each patient and makes every interaction feel like you are the only patient in the center even while juggling multiple patients. I totally trust her medical advice in my care. . Jessica is a gem in the medical community.

Great staff and doctors. I started seeing them after my car accident and they have helped me so much in the last 6 months. They make you feel at home and care about your progress. I will continue to have flair ups and whenever I do I will always go see them for any future care. It is also really convenient that there is many different specialists there so that I did not have to run around to a different doctors offices for each appt. Shout out to Jordan, Jessica, Dr. Mercante, Chris, Arsenio, Tara and Dr. Malik who all had a hand in my care!

We are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding your son's recent visit to our office. We understand that you were expecting him to see Dr. Malik on the initial visit—and we apologize if your expectations did not conform with our long-established new patient care flow. Our comprehensive process should have been made clear to you before your son walked in the door. Our medical team always strives to provide the best care possible for our patients. In this case, Dr. Malik was indeed scheduled to see your son on his second visit to begin treatment and address any concerns you may have had. However, we respect your decision to refuse the appointment with Dr. Malik. We understand that healthcare costs can be frustrating, but we want to clarify that the amount you had to pay was determined by the insurance plan that you chose, not by AIM. Each insurance plan has different coverage levels and out-of-pocket costs. We strive to be transparent about these costs with our patients, so they are aware of what their responsibility will be. We value your feedback and would like the opportunity to address any further concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out to our office manager to discuss this matter further.
