Sage Head Spa

I wanted to buy a few gift certificates for my friends, but options start at $100. Not a great setup. Lost several customers as a result.

Hands down best head massage Ive ever had. The staff is so knowledgeable and professional the services are unmatched. Such a great experience I am hosting my staff retreat with Sage. Professionalism, talent, and passion is on point. Highly recommend!

Overall Impression: My visit to Sage Head Spa had some positive aspects, but the overall experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the price point. Positives: Scalp Massage: The scalp massage itself was very relaxing and enjoyable. Ambiance: The treatment room had a pleasant ambiance with nice decor and a fireplace. Areas for Improvement: Transparency & Communication: The website should clearly state it's a suite within a larger salon, not a standalone spa. During my experience I could hear noise and conversation from neighboring suites. Providing clearer directions on the website would be helpful. The staff member could have offered better pre-service communication - explaining the treatment, products used, etc. Customer Service: Providing an initial service consult would set expectations for the service. Additionally, offering a beverage upon arrival may enhance the spa experience. A light blow-dry or access to a hairdryer would be expected at this price point. Pricing: The cost of the service seems high compared to what's included and what other spas offer for the same price. Recommendation: While the scalp massage was nice, I wouldn't recommend Sage Head Spa at its current price point.
