We went in there to get running shoes for my son but you can only try on one shoe at a time. The shoes we were looking at were $170-$200. Who would spend that much and not be able to try them both on at the same time? I think the gentleman could tell my son is neurodivergent so he ended up letting me try on both shoes of one pair but when he walked off, the lady said we couldn't for the next pair. I get that it's probably because a few rotten apples ruined it for all of us but y'all need to figure out another way. Instead, we went right upstairs to Champs- tried on both shoes together- and bought our $170 shoes there.

Alexandra is such a great employee! She helped me get the right size for my shoes and was quick and attendant! The mall was on closing time but she was really nice!

At the store 11:00am no one there. Waited over 30 minutes and still nothing. Store not open and now I have to be inconvenienced by driving to another location when this one is five minutes from where I live.
