I highly recommend Mighty Dog Roofing. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate after we experienced wind damage and leaking. Zach was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. My dogs loved him, too! Mighty Dog provided excellent work within a week of the received quote. My husband and I will call them again if we have any future roofing needs. My roof was getting old and I was in the market for a new roof. I called Mighty Dog Roofing for an estimate. Sales Manager Justin came by my house and inspected my roof and skylights. Then Justin explained how a new roof will be installed and all of its features. Justin was clear and thorough about the process, and made 3 or 4 visits to bring me samples, to get the correct measurements, etc. There was no pressure to sign the agreement. Justin followed up with me periodically but was not pushy like some other salesmen I have come across while doing home improvement. I accepted the estimate and the project was scheduled. On the day of installation the installers came early in the morning and started their work methodically, worked diligently and completed by the end of the day. Justin was on site most of the day supervising the project which I am very happy about. Justin did not leave it to the workers and go elsewhere like most contractors do. General Manager Meg also came by to inspect the progress. There was a damage to the drywall during the installation. Justin called a drywall repairman immediately and had it repaired within the next few hours. At the end of the day after the installation was complete everything was cleaned up well. Justin took me around the house and showed all the work and I was very happy with the work, the look, and how smoothly the whole project was completed. Service: Roof installation
